Change It To a Colorful One

In our TLE(ICT-IV) class, Mrs. Vera Cruz had given us another hands on activity wherein we need to change the background of exercise 1 into a colorful one. These activities of ours were the 6th and 7th, wherein its all about coloring of the bakground of our exercise 1. I've learned here to assign and choose an appropriate color for the background of the texts. On a sheet of bondpaper posted in one corner, there we can choose what ever color we want to apply to the text including their codes. In activity 7, its all about changing the background using pictures, we had chosen this image on a sample picture folder.

In these activities I didn't experience any troubles or problems on doing it because my classmate helped me and I'm very thankful of that..

Moving on....... I will explore and widen my knowledge about computer and I will apply it in our subject matter so that I will not only depend on what our teacher will teach us......

Sembreak of Ours

After our periodical examination,we had given a week to rest or we commonly call it "sembreak". But before our sembreak started, on Saturday and Sunday ( October 25-26, 2008) we had attended the seminar regarding to the childrens day celebration. And in the second day, we had adopted a child coming from Day Care Centers of Pagburnayan, Vigan CIty namely Junelyn, I had really enjoyed playing with her and making her happy as a foster parent of her. After that the whole week of our sembreak, if I will describe it in one word....."BORING".....hahaha......!So as soon as possible I want to go to school for my time and my day will not be so boring again.......

Another Obstacle To Be Faced

Last Thursday, October 16, 2008 in our ICT-IV period with Mrs. Vera Cruz, we had done our hands on activity #3 and #4 wherein it focuses on the use of different HTML (hypertext mark up language). On these activities we had done is for the preparation of the incoming Second Periodical Examination this week. I can say that I am totally ready to the periodical examination, because all the topics were well discussed by our subject teacher.

I found some difficulties while having our hands on activity, sometimes I misspelled some words while typing and sometimes I forgot to place necessary punctuation marks. I had also encountered the main problem everytime we have a hands on activity, and that is, the "internet Traffic."

I faced all of these difficulties and problems, by patiently changing all the misspelled words and putting the necessary punctuation marks. I also wait patiently until I can use the computer.

Moving on... I will do my best to know and understand the topics or lessons that will be discussed by our teachers these coming grading periods, and I will carefully do our hands on activity and to minimize commiting mistakes everytime we have our hands on activity...

"NEW BEGINNING"

We had surpassed all the challenges and difficulties in the First Grading Period, but Second Grading Period had also started. New challenges to be encountered, new difficulties to be faced and also new learnings to be learned by us. This Grading period of ours in ICT-IV world, I had learned a lot, some of these are the web designing. I have known about HTML(hypertext mark up language), HTML file, HTML editors, different kinds of tags and many more. I had learned also a lot outside ICT-IV. I had attended some symposiums that can really educate us for the future......

Many of us...or should i say, all of us encounters different problems or challenges and difficulties that we must face.. Me???? I had encountered some problems in doing the hands on activities not knowing what it is all about....

With the help of our teacher to this subject matter, I had understand these activities, and I have known these easily with also to the help of my dear classmates...

Moving on.... I will continue studying and concentrating only on my studies more than anything else. I promise to do my assigned tasks, projects, assignments and if there's seminars or symposiums, I will try to attend or jooin for me to learned and widen my knowledge.....

"DOING MY BEST FOR MY OWN GOOD"

First Grading Period and also our First

Periodical Test was already finished. Before the

First Periodical Test that was scheduled on the

19th to 20th day of August, I am not totally

prepared because some of our lessons in every

subject were not taken down notes by me, so I'm

lacking of reviewers but i did my best to copy

all the missing lessons in every subject and

some of it were xerox for the reason that its

too long to copy and thank God, I finished it.

During the First Periodical Test, some of the

questions in Physics, Chemistry, Research,

Filipino, Ecomomics and also in Mapeh were so

difficult to answer, so some of my answers were

not so sure because I'm confused which of the

choices was correct. After this Periodical Test

of ours, we the Seniors had taken our NCAE or

the NATIONAL CAREER ASSESSMENT EXAMINATION

wherein I suffered backpain.


Even I had encounterd some difficulties in our

Periodical Test and as well as in our NCAE, I

had faced those difficulties by thinking and

concentrating in choosing the best answer and

answering some of the questions that don't have

multiple choices.


Moving on, I will strive harder in my studies,

and I will do my best to face all of my

difficulties in any subjects of ours. I will

continue studying well for the sake of my

ambitions in life. I will explore to widen my

knowledge about a certain thing. I will try to

do all of these things for my own good.

Learnings Outside ICT-IV

The new learnings and discoveries I have learned outside the ICT-IV especially in our chemistry subject. I dont want to compare but for me I will learn more from our subject teacher in fourth year than the previous year. Why????? Its just because everytime she discusses our lessons, she patiently explain every topic for us to understand it easily. For that, I can understand now easily the concepts concerning the subject matter......
In our daily lives, there are problems or challenges that comes unexpectedly, and In my studies right now, I am facing challenges.. The challenges I have encountered on this subject, ADVANCE CHEMISTRY was that I don't know how to balance a certain equation and really I found it difficult and sometimes in problem solvings, wrong formulas were used...
I address this challenges I have encounterd on this subject by patiently studying how to balance an equation , how to used properly the given formulas and also by the help of my classmates especially my friends, that guides me everytime my works are wrong....
Moving on I will continue learning about the concepts of the ADVANCE CHEMISTRY for me to use this knowledge in my future studies, because this is my last year in high school. Next year I am no longer a high school student instead I will be a college student and hopefully the learnings i have gathered in high school will be used in my college life......

My New Learnings

I have learned many things in ICT IV. One of this was the history of internet, its advantages and disadvantages of it. I have also learned the different uses of internet in our daily lives. I learned how to creat my own Yahoo Mail that we will be using in our future hands on activities. I have also learned how to manage a simple business like the food festival in our school.
The main problem I have encountered was the Internet Traffic, we usually encounter this everytime we have hands on activity and when we open the computers at the same time.
I address these challenges everytime I encounter them by waiting patiently in every hands on activity that we need to open the computers at the same time.
Moving on i will continue learning more about Internet, not only Internet but more about computer and I wiull continue facing the problems that I have encountered and I will encounter again patiently.
